un servomotore brushless pu\u00f2 invertire il senso di rotazione in pochi millesimi di secondo<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>un&#8217;ottima controllabilit\u00e0 &#8211; solo con motori di questo tipo, dotati di sensori di posizionamento sofisticati e pilotati da elettroniche adeguate si possono ottenere prestazioni inimmaginabili solo alcuni anni fa<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>la grande precisione nel posizionamento &#8211; l&#8217;applicazione dei moderni trasduttori di posizione permette a queste apparecchiature di raggiungere precisioni di posizionamento e ripetitivit\u00e0 di risultato praticamente assoluti<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>la regolarit\u00e0 di marcia a basse velocit\u00e0 &#8211; assolutamente solo con un brushless si pu\u00f2 operare a basse velocit\u00e0 senza modificare le condizioni di coppia e la regolarit\u00e0 del servizio, anche intermittente<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>le rapidissime accelerazioni o decelerazioni &#8211; il tempio di reazione dei motori brushless \u00e8 meno della met\u00e0 di quello dei motori in corrente continua<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>la robustezza &#8211; la mancanza di contatti striscianti diventa garanzia di lunga durata e distanzia notevolmente la periodicit\u00e0 dell&#8217;assistenza programmata<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>la capacit\u00e0 di sovraccarico &#8211; le performance ottenibili in materia di sopportazione di sovraccarico sono assolutamente eclatanti: circa tre volte e mezza la corrente nominale<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>la rigidit\u00e0 torsionale &#8211; un brushless, specialmente se si tratta di un modello a traferro assiale, ha una rigidit\u00e0 torsionale propria molto forte; se poi si considera la possibilit\u00e0 di eliminare i riduttori, gli alberi di trasmissione ed i rinvii (tutti i componenti della catena cinematica di trasmissione), quindi i giochi e l&#8217;elasticit\u00e0, questa rigidit\u00e0 torsionale di sistema diventa altissima<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>l&#8217;alta coppia &#8211; le coppie di spunto e a regime dei servomotori brushless non sono minimamente avvicinabili da motori asincroni tradizionali o in corrente continua<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>la bassa inerzia o un&#8217;inerzia dedicata &#8211; un buon progetto elettrico di motore brushless porta ad ottenere inerzie rotoriche bassissime ma, in certi casi, vengono richieste caratteristiche diverse ed R.C.V. realizza macchine con inerzia calcolata in base alle necessit\u00e0<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>la forte sollecitazione impulsiva &#8211; solo un motore brushless sopporta perfettamente cicli intermittenti, con intervalli di tempo molto ridotti: anche 500 interventi al minuto!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>gli ingombri ridotti &#8211; sostanzialmente il rapporto dimensionale che esiste tra un brushless ed uno in c.c. \u00e8 di 1:4<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>l&#8217;eliminazione di riduttori fino ad un rapporto di 1:10 &#8211; l&#8217;eliminazione dei riduttori nella trasmissione del moto \u00e8 uno dei vantaggi pi\u00f9 forti che possono derivare dalla scelta di un motore brushless, anche in considerazione della eliminazione dei giochi<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>la sostituzione di sistemi di trasmissione del moto rotatorio con motori dotati di asse cavo (anche con foro passante di diametro considerevole) &#8211; spesso la coassialit\u00e0 dei componenti da muovere \u00e8 fonte di difficolt\u00e0 operativa, con un motore a traferro assiale con asse cavo \u00e8 possibile far passare tali elementi, riducendo gli ingombri ed i rinvii<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flysolution.net\/sviluppo\/rcv\/images\/banners\/icona_list.jpg\" alt=\"icona list\" width=\"20\" height=\"19\" \/>la necessit\u00e0 di operare in ambienti ostili &#8211;
