Di conseguenza, la coppia di picco ottenibile \u00e8 di norma determinata solo dalla scelta dell&#8217;azionamento elettronico. Il corretto dimensionamento del motore \u00e8 quindi termico ed elettrico; il motore dimensionato correttamente \u00e8 quello che si stabilizza alla temperatura prevista, tipicamente 40-50\u00b0C al di sopra della temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>La completa verifica del dimensionamento del motore si compone di tre elementi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>verifica della coppia di picco o smagnetizzazione;<\/li>\n<li>dimensionamento termico;<\/li>\n<li>dimensionamento elettrico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Verifica della corrente di smagnetizzazione<br \/>\nSi effettua per confronto con il valore max della corrente di picco, ottenuto tramite la seguente formula:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1572\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rcv-srl.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/limiti.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"125\" height=\"45\" \/><\/p>\n<p>e la corrente si smagnetizzazione del motore, tenendo presente che la corrente di smagnetizzazione del motore aumenta a temperatura inferiore alla massima a cui \u00e8 rappresentata sui cataloghi.<\/p>\n<p>2.Verifica del dimensionamento termico<br \/>\nIn prima approssimazione, baster\u00e0 verificare che il punto Ceff, eff sia compreso nell&#8217;area di funzionamento in servizio continuo del motore prescelto.<br \/>\nPi\u00f9 precisamente, l&#8217;incremento di temperatura del motore pu\u00f2 essere previsto con buona approssimazione per mezzo della seguente formula:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rcv-srl.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/limiti2.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"73\" \/><\/p>\n<p>dove Ln rappresenta le perdite nominali del motore riferite ad un surriscaldamento di 65 \u00b0C.\u00a0Se la temperatura prevista risulta superiore a quella massima del motore o comunque a quanto richiesto, occorre adottare un motore pi\u00f9 grande.<br \/>\nAttenzione: la temperatura eccessiva \u00e8 l&#8217;unica valida motivazione per la scelta di un motore di taglia superiore.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0 Verifica del dimensionamento elettrico<br \/>\nOccorre verificare che alla massima velocit\u00e0 la tensione richiesta dal motore per fornire la massima coppia utile sia inferiore od uguale a quella fornibile dall&#8217;elettronica, per la minima prevedibile alimentazione di rete (solitamente per rete pari al 90% della tensione di rete nominale). Posto Emin il valore di tensione fornibile dall&#8217;alimentatore elettronico alla minima tensione di alimentazione, occorre verificare che:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1574\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rcv-srl.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/limiti3.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"274\" height=\"48\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1575\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rcv-srl.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/limiti4.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"226\" height=\"48\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ove questa condizione non sia verificata, occorrer\u00e0 scegliere un motore con un avvolgimento adatto ad una velocit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 alta, tenendo presente che ci\u00f2 richieder\u00e0 una corrente superiore.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div
